How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate pieces from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ella Mae's Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and shop-now-pay-later options like Afterpay and Klarna.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You may cancel within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team, but changes cannot be made once an order is in fulfillment.
