Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is free of makeup, perfume, or wear.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
